Community Involvement

I participate in many different community events and I like to volunteer where I can. Below are a few charity and conservation organisations which I regularly support:

  • Cayman Eco-Divers Reef Foundation - As a trained PADI Coral Nursery Technician I volunteered many hours creating, maintaining, cleaning and expanding the coral nurseries in Cayman. I also volunteer and support their fundraising initiative.

  • Central Caribbean Marine Institute (CCMI) - I regularly promote and attend CCMI educational outreach programs, I volunteer at events and I support their fundraising initiatives.

  • Cayman Humane Society and One Dog At A Time - My wife and I regularly support these charity organisations. We volunteer our time, foster dogs, and support fundraiser initiatives.

I have a keen interest in the outdoors. I have gained several certifications related to Outdoor Education and Adventure Sports. Unfortunately, many of these certifications have expired over the years of living abroad. I do regularly keep my first aid and teaching related certifications up-to-date.
